Carrie is, by her own description, a serial entrepreneur. Her experience as a business owner spans both ends

of the spectrum — from co-founding and helping build a computer supplies distribution company that grew to

$100 million in annual sales with more than 100 employees, to owning and operating small businesses where

wearing multiple hats simply comes with the territory.

At the distribution company, Carrie managed the administrative and operational side of a rapidly growing

business and learned firsthand what it takes to build the systems, processes, and financial infrastructure

needed to support that kind of growth. Her experience as a small business owner has given her an equally

valuable perspective: when the team is small, the owner is often the one making decisions, solving problems,

managing cash flow, dealing with vendors, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

That combination of experience shapes the way Carrie works with clients today. She understands business

from an owner’s perspective because she’s been one throughout her career. She’s equally comfortable

looking at the big picture and rolling up her sleeves to figure out why an account doesn’t reconcile, deal with

an insurance issue, solve an operational problem, or simply make sure something gets done.

Over the years, Carrie has worked with businesses across a wide range of industries, providing financial and

operations management, vendor and professional coordination, and the countless day-to-day details that

keep a business functioning smoothly.

Today, through Pollare Business Services, Carrie brings that experience to small businesses, entrepreneurs,

and busy professionals who need someone they can trust to take ownership of the details. She works closely

with clients and their accountants, attorneys, insurance professionals, and other advisors to keep their

financial and business affairs organized and moving forward.

Carrie is supported by a team of experienced, professional bookkeepers who manage the day-to-day

bookkeeping needs of Pollare Business Services’ clients. This team approach allows clients to benefit from

dedicated, ongoing bookkeeping support while Carrie remains actively involved, providing oversight,

troubleshooting problems, managing more complex issues, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

A graduate of UCLA, Carrie began her career in public relations and marketing — experience that taught her

how to communicate, ask the right questions, and find solutions, skills that have turned out to be surprisingly

useful in the financial and operations world.

When she’s not solving problems for clients, Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends,

and her rescue pup — after she finishes paying her own bills, of course.
